Please note, that we have separate terms and conditions for Group, Office, Events and Wellness bookings that will be sent out to you in response to your enquiry.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, as last-minute changes often result in a loss of earnings for our therapist.
Changes made within 48 hours: Charged at 50% of the treatment fee.
Changes made within 24 hours or missed appointments: Charged at 100% of the treatment fee.

Payment Process
When booking online, our safe and straightforward payment process requires you to pay at the point of your booking using online payment options. For group bookings, we will send you an invoice with options to pay via BACs or an online method. If you experience any issues booking and paying online, please get in touch so we can assist you. Please note that bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.

Minimum Booking Time and Charges
Our treatment fees are inclusive of travel to your location. However, if further travel is required than our standard service radius, then we may enforce a minimum booking time, which we’ll make you aware of at the time of your enquiry. For example, a therapist travelling 45 minutes to your location, may require 2-3 hours worth of bookings. If you’re unable to fulfil minimum booking times, then we can also negotiate an additional travel fee to cover your therapists travel to your location.

Parking and Access
Please ensure your property is suitable for mobile massage, as our equipment can be heavy and requires safe, easy access.
•Adequate parking must be available either on a private driveway/allocated space or on a nearby roadside.
•We cannot provide services if equipment needs to be carried across a main road or from a location more than 100 yards away.
•If your property involves multiple steps, steep access, or similar obstacles, you may be asked to assist the therapist.
Any parking charges must be covered by the client and reimbursed directly to the therapist at the appointment.

Weight Restrictions
Our massage tables have a safe loading weight of 18 - 35 stone. If the person receiving treatment exceeds this weight category, please check with us via our contact tab to ensure that our table can support you safely.

Discount Coupons
Discount coupons must be applied at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts in retrospect, so please enter the discount code before checkout. If you need assistance, we're happy to help you over the phone or via email.

Gift Vouchers
To redeem gift vouchers, enter the unique voucher code in the discount code area during the booking process. Vouchers are valid only within the specified dates on each individual voucher. Vouchers redeemed outside of these dates will not be accepted. Please ensure the recipient of the treatment has suitable access to their home and enough space for the massage table.

Preparing for your Treatment
Please ensure you have prepared for your treatment. If you haven't already, check our our FAQs which detail recommendations for setting your space. We want you to get the most out of your session, so please ensure you have finished any personal tasks so that you don't eat into your treatment time - therapists are not obliged to run over your dedicated treatment time.

Inappropriate Behaviour
At Cornwall Mobile Massage, we uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour. Any client demonstrating behaviour; including but not limited to; intimidation, verbal aggression, physical violence, evidence of intoxication, or sexual behaviour will have their treatment terminated immediately and without a refund.
