What space is required?
Ideally, our sessions are hosted in a spare meeting room or a designated breakout area, ensuring privacy and quiet for your employees to relax in.

Access and parking
Safe access and parking is required for any mobile massage visit. If you can provide us with a designated visitor parking space that would be ideal. If parking charges apply, these must be reimbursed directly to the therapist when they arrive. If there are lots of stairs, then lift access is preferred to avoid heavy lifting, or if someone is available to assist with carrying equipment to the designated area, that would be greatly appreciated.

Point of contact and schedule
Please appoint a point of contact for the day who will meet and greet our therapist and show them the facilities. We'll provide a suggested timetable for you to complete with your employees so each person has a designated space.

What are our Office Massage fees?
Our office massage fees are offered at a rate of £60 per hour, per therapist, with a minimum 2 hour booking, and is payable via invoice.

How often should we book Office Massage sessions?
We believe that consistency is the key to any wellbeing practice. To ensure the best results, our office visits are typically scheduled monthly and conveniently renewed on an annual basis. Nevertheless, we understand that each business is unique, and we are more than willing to tailor a schedule that perfectly aligns with your specific needs and budgetary requirements.

Will we have the same therapist each time?
Yes, each booking will be carefully matched with a dedicated therapist, so if you are pleased with the therapist we provide, we will make certain to schedule your appointments with them every single time. We take great pride in fostering long-lasting relationships that ensure you receive personalized and exceptional care with each visit.
