Pregnancy Massage
What do I need to prepare?
Please have two pillows ready - one to go under your head and one between your knees. We'll cover them so they don't get oily.
If you are receiving a facial, we'll need a few more pillows to keep you in a comfortable semi-reclined position.
What position will I be in?
We provide our Mum-to-be massages with you lying on your side. We work down one side of the body, then ask you to turn halfway to work down the other half.

Will you touch my bump?
Abdominal massage, especially during pregnancy, is an inherently personal experience. We prioritize your comfort and well-being, which is why we will always seek your consent before proceeding with any touch in this area. Abdominal massage has the ability to foster connection, between the mother and the life blossoming within. Yet, it's essential to note that your comfort is paramount, and any discomfort you may feel will be wholly respected.

What oils will you use?
We always carry a plain carrier oil such as sweet apricot or almond oil, for those that prefer a scent-free experience. Otherwise, we'll use a pregnancy-safe essential oil blend designed to aid your rest and relaxation.
What about Mum-to-be Facials?
